Description
You are surrounded by the most beautiful nature when you spend your holiday in this tastefully decorated quality summer house. The large natural plot on which the house is situated borders the beach meadows and the Wadden Sea, providing you with breathtaking views from the living room, kitchen, and terrace.
Welcome inside
The beautiful natural surroundings are far from the only quality aspect of the house. With its stylish architecture and lovely decor, the summer house is indeed a very inviting example – and it is filled with all sorts of modern conveniences. For instance, the kitchen area in the living room is a spacious and well-equipped workstation for cooking, while one of the two bathrooms features both a hot tub and a sauna. A heat pump ensures fresh, allergy-friendly air, and as a cozy complement to the heating source, there is a wood-burning stove in the living room. The large windows in the living area allow you to enjoy the Wadden Sea view from both the sofa area, dining space, and kitchen facing east. If you get up early enough, you can admire the sunrise over the Wadden Sea while enjoying your morning coffee. Next to the living room is an activity room where the whole family can enjoy table football tournaments. The layout also includes three bedrooms and a loft, accommodating a total of eight people.
Enjoy life outside
You have an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea while spending sunny hours on the large wooden terrace – or alternatively, in the hot tub, which can be used year-round. Of course, there are garden furniture, a grill, and a parasol available, making it the perfect setting for holiday life, and for the youngest guests, there is a sandpit.
Get up close to the local attractions
Lyngvejen is a wonderful place for a vacation on Rømø – especially since you are right by the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its unique natural environment. Additionally, the house is secluded yet close to the popular Rømø Bakery, a mini-golf course, and an Icelandic horse center that organizes horseback tours to the forest and beach. From the house, it’s also not far to Havneby, where you can shop at the supermarket and buy Rømø shrimps or other delicacies from the fishmonger. In Havneby, you will also find a good selection of restaurants, and if you’re interested in golf, Rømø Golf Club’s spectacular 18-hole links course is highly recommended. As a lovely detail of the house, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret, so if you feel like an indoor swimming trip, it’s a great idea to drive over the causeway and into the mainland to visit the charming railway town.
