The atmosphere is bright and inviting in this holiday home, which is specifically a two-story townhouse. Outdoors, you can enjoy life on the terrace and the green communal area, and from the first floor, you even have a view of the Wadden Sea, which stretches close to the house.
Welcome inside
Thanks to a thorough renovation, the house presents itself in a particularly nice and well-maintained manner. From the entrance, you have direct access to a well-appointed bathroom and a bright living space that consists of a living room and kitchen in an open layout. Once you have prepared breakfast, you can gather around the dining table and discuss how to spend the day. If the holiday program is all about pure relaxation, you can settle into the sofa in the living room to read, play board games, or watch a good movie, and perhaps later take a lovely walk or other excursions. Whatever you decide to do, you have a lovely base to return to here in the house. When it’s time for bed, a lovely double bed and a sofa bed await you on the first floor, and there is also a sofa bed on the ground floor – in total, the house can accommodate four holiday guests, so you can of course decide how to distribute the sleeping arrangements.
Enjoy life outside
Both children and adults will appreciate the outdoor facilities: The youngest guests can play on the green communal area, which also includes a sandbox, swing set, and other play equipment. There is also space to play on the lawn in your private garden, which extends from a lovely southwest-facing terrace. If you bring a dog on holiday, it’s a nice detail that your outdoor area is completely enclosed.
Get up close to the local attractions
The townhouse is situated in particularly scenic surroundings, as it is only about 100 meters from the Wadden Sea, which is a unique tidal area listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Wadden Sea is certainly not Rømø's only natural attraction, as there are also beautiful plantations, open heath areas, and great viewpoints where you can gaze out over the extraordinary landscape. Rømø's vast sandy beaches are also worth a visit – for example, Sønderstrand, where you can go blokarting and engage in other forms of wind sports. If you feel like a good meal, you can walk from the house to Havneby, where you will find a good selection of restaurants. There are also fish shops and a supermarket if you prefer to cook for yourselves, and there are wellness facilities, bike rentals, and a golf course, along with regular ferry departures to the German holiday island of Sylt.
