Welcome inside
The tranquil and pi­c­tu­resque location is certainly not the only reason to spend your holiday days here, as the summer house is a beautiful building with a thatched roof and sturdy brick facade. Inside, the at­mosp­he­re is warm and inviting on both floors, providing a total of 86 m² for you to spread out in. The first floor offers two good bedrooms, while the third bedroom is located on the ground floor by the entrance and bathroom. On the ground floor, you will also find a cozy living area with an open-plan kitchen and living room. The wood-burning stove is one of the charming details, and whether you are cooking in the kitchen or relaxing in the sofa corner, you can enjoy the view of the green garden through the sash windows.

Enjoy life outside
The garden's greenery is also lovely to look at when sitting outside and enjoying the sunny weather on the terrace – and the trees and shrubs ensure that your grill dinners and re­laxa­tion can take place in privacy. On the 3.500 m² large plot, there is plenty of space to play and frolic on the lawn, so after dinner, the whole family can enjoy a game of football or a round of Viking games.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The Sønder­strand area is beautiful and peaceful, located at the southern end of Rømø. From the summer house, it is a short walk to the Vråby tree plan­ta­tion, which includes a dog park. You are also close to the beach Sønder­strand, where you can engage in various outdoor acti­vi­ties such as kite buggying and blo­kar­ting – or simply enjoy the stunning views over the wide sandy beach and the North Sea. If you need to do some shopping, you can take the short trip to Havneby, where you’ll also find a good selection of dining options, bike rentals, a golf course, and wellness services. From the harbor, you have a great view over the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and if you feel like getting out on the water, you can take the ferry for a de­light­ful day trip to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt.
