Welcome inside
Indoors, the square footage is used efficiently, and the layout is well thought out. Three bedrooms are placed at each end of the house, accommodating a total of six people. When you’re gathered together, it’s nice that a guest toilet complements the bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a spa bath and sauna. The gathering point in the summer house is a lovely living room with a vaulted ceiling, a wood stove, and an open connection to a well-equipped kitchen. Whether you are preparing dinner in the kitchen or relaxing on the sofas, you can enjoy views through the windows of the beautiful heath landscape surrounding the summer house—and such a backdrop certainly contributes to the great holiday atmosphere.
Enjoy life outside
The dog-friendly facilities of the house are especially visible outdoors, where a dog yard is located in the middle of the 2,500 m² hilly nature plot, and if you want to keep your dog company, you can settle on the adjacent west-facing terrace. Around the summer house, there are also several lovely partially covered terraces to choose from, and on top of a dune, there’s a bench from which you can gaze out over Bolilmark’s beautiful natural surroundings. For the children, there’s a sandbox, trampoline, and a play tower with swings, and water enthusiasts will appreciate the small swimming pool and outdoor shower.
Get up close to the local attractions
Surrounding the peaceful summer house area, an expansive heath landscape unfolds. Tvismark Plantation is also nearby, and from the house, it’s not far to the cycling and hiking trail that leads you toward Lakolk Beach. The beautiful, kilometer-wide sandy beach is a delightful place to play, swim, windsurf, and fly kites, so you can easily spend many hours along the coast by the North Sea. If an indoor swim sounds more appealing, you are fortunate to have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret on the mainland.
