The townhouse, built in 2005, is a quality con­struction from the ground up. On the outside, it presents itself in a charming and classic manner with a red brick facade and thatched roof, and indoors, the decor is sleek and ex­cep­tio­nal­ly com­fortab­le with many de­light­ful details – including an American re­fri­ge­ra­tor in the kitchen-dining area and a spa bath in one of the two bathrooms. The large windows con­tri­bu­te to a lovely influx of light, hig­hligh­ting the rooms' light and airy at­mosp­he­re. Spread over two floors, you can enjoy 116 m², plus a loft, providing ample space for eight holiday guests. The town­hou­se's two bathrooms and three bedrooms are sensibly di­stri­bu­ted both upstairs and down­stairs, as are the living areas: On the ground floor, you will find the afore­men­tio­ned kitchen-dining area, while a lovely living room with a wood stove and Wadden Sea views is located on the first floor.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room on the first floor, you can step out onto a large, covered balcony, and from here, the view over the Wadden Sea and the beach meadows is worth spending time on. You might even find yourself lost in ad­mira­tion of the natural sur­ro­un­dings while sitting here – or you can move down to ground level, where you have two terrace areas to choose from. One terrace is the largest and is south-facing, making it a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunny weather.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, so you are truly right on the edge of world-class nature. If you don’t spend all your time here, you can use sunny days to explore Rømø's nature, which boasts open he­at­hlands, beautiful plan­ta­tions, and fine viewpo­ints like Spids­b­jerg and Høstbjerg. Lakolk Beach is also a lovely desti­na­tion, where you can swim in the North Sea and play on the sandy beach, recog­nized as one of the widest in Europe. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, you will find a good selection of shopping op­portu­ni­ties and dining options on Rømø, so there is es­sen­ti­al­ly no reason to leave the island. You have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
