Description
Excursions to Lakolk Beach, oyster tours in the Wadden Sea, golf, and beautiful natural surroundings. There are many delightful activity options on Rømø – when you’re not simply enjoying life in this large and well-appointed quality summer house, which features a pool area, an activity room, and sleeping accommodations for 25 people.
Welcome inside
Indoors, you can spread out over a total of 520 m² across two floors, so even when you're gathered in large numbers, there’s plenty of room for playing, coziness, and relaxation. The pool area is perfectly designed for wellness moments on your holiday, with a pool, hot tub, and sauna. If you have plans for a festive dinner, you can set the table in the living room, which has ample space for everyone around the dining tables. The living area also features a beautiful open kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and several cozy seating areas – and in addition, there’s room to gather on the first floor in the large activity room, where you can compete in foosball and pool. The layout also includes three bathrooms, two guest toilets, and a utility room, along with ten great bedrooms that provide a total of 25 beds distributed across both the ground floor and the first floor.
Enjoy life outside
From the first-floor activity room, you can step out onto a large, east-facing balcony that offers morning sun and a view to the Wadden Sea. It’s lovely to sit in the lounge furniture up here, but it’s equally delightful to spend time on the terrace or lawn of the 2.500 m² property. The terrace is the perfect gathering spot when you want to enjoy grilling, sipping cold drinks, and soaking up the summer weather, while children and other playful souls engage in beach volleyball, soccer and garden games.
Get up close to the local attractions
The large summer house is located very close to Rømø’s east coast and the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its unique natural area. Rømø’s excellent butcher shop is also nearby, and you have easy access to the beautiful Kirkeby tree plantation and Lakolk Beach, where you can take a refreshing dip in the North Sea. The island offers plenty of nature experiences – whether you would like to ride Icelandic horses, doing wind sports like kite buggying and blokarting, golf, oyster tours, or something completely different. If part of your holiday involves the mainland, it’s convenient that the house is located close to the Rømø Dam, which easily leads you to the west coast of Jutland and lovely towns like Ribe, Løgumkloster, and Tønder.
