Welcome inside
The townhouse development, built in 2005, elegantly features a thatched roof and red brick facade. Inside, you can enjoy 116 m² spread over two floors, plus a loft that serves as a good supplement to the townhouse's three bedrooms. Like the bedrooms, the house's living areas are also located both upstairs and downstairs. Social moments can take place in the kitchen-dining area, which is a cozy place to spend time preparing meals and then enjoying them at the dining table. After the meal, you can move up to the living room, which is beautifully furnished with soft sofas, a wood stove, and a flat-screen TV. In other words, it’s a lovely place to relax – and if you need even more pampering, you can prepare for a soothing spa bath in one of the townhouse's two bathrooms.
Enjoy life outside
Both in front of and behind the townhouse, paved areas have been established, and especially the largest, south-facing terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the summer weather. It’s also nice to settle down on the balcony on the first floor – not least because from there, you have the most wonderful view over the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The sight of the magnificent tidal area can even be enjoyed by the children while they play on the playground in the green communal area.
Get up close to the local attractions
The Wadden Sea doesn’t just have to be a backdrop for holiday life, as you can also get in close contact with the tidal area by going on a guided Wadden Sea expedition or out to gather oysters. The bird life is particularly rich, and both in spring and autumn, large flocks of migratory birds use the Wadden Sea as a resting place – especially in the marsh areas on the mainland, there are ample opportunities to experience the Black Sun phenomenon. Additionally, on the mainland, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret, so you may be tempted to make the trip over the Rømø causeway a few times during your holiday. There’s also plenty to do on Rømø, which boasts lovely beaches, a golf course, riding centers, bike rentals, delicious dining options, good shopping opportunities, and of course, beautiful nature.
