Specifically, it is an architect-designed townhouse with a thatched roof and red-brown brick façade, fitting nicely into Rømø's natural surroundings. The house is located in the second row, overlooking the open coastal landscape, and because there is an opening directly in front of the property, you have a nice view over the expansive golf course that extends all the way down to the Wadden Sea. This green view can be enjoyed from the lovely living room on the first floor as well as the living area on the ground floor. The latter is an integrated space with living room and kitchen, providing a large, bright, and delightful area to spend time in. The ground floor also features a nice bathroom and two good bedrooms with double beds—and if you need additional sleeping arrangements, there is a possibility to set up the sofa bed in the living room on the first floor.
Enjoy life outside
On the ground floor, you have direct access to the house's two terraces, which face south and north respectively. If you prefer to enjoy the view from a higher vantage point, you can settle on the large balcony on the first floor, which also faces south and overlooks the golf course. The outdoor areas are equipped with lounge chairs and garden furniture, and there is also a grill if you want to prepare summer meals in the open air.
Get up close to the local attractions
If you want to stay close to fun holiday activities, delicious restaurants, and beautiful nature, you have found the perfect holiday destination. The house is just a few hundred meters from the center of Havneby, with good shopping options, bike rental, dining establishments, and of course, the harbor, where you can watch the shrimp cutters come in and take the ferry to the neighboring island of Sylt. At Enjoy Resorts Rømø, you can use their spa and fitness facilities for a fee, and there is also the option to play golf on the links course. For nature experiences, we especially recommend a trip to Sønderstrand, which is one of Northern Europe's widest sandy beaches. Here, you can swim in the North Sea, go horseback riding with one of the local horse rentals, or try blokart and other forms of beach sailing. While you are in Rømø, you should also take a closer look at the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
