Welcome inside
The summer house was built in 2006 and is a well-proportioned building of 140 m², equipped with a spa and sauna in one of the two bathrooms. Indoors, the atmosphere is bright, airy, and inviting, with light wooden trims on the walls and a vaulted ceiling, while the many windows provide excellent natural light. At the same time, the large windows offer views of the green surroundings, and especially from the living room and kitchen, the panoramic view over the vast landscape is absolutely breathtaking. If you can manage to tear your gaze away from the natural surroundings, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite, Smart TV, and Netflix in the living room, which also features a cozy fireplace for the cool evenings. The living room is open to the kitchen-dining area, allowing you to feel together even while enjoying separate activities like cooking or reading. When the day is coming to an end, you can retire to one of the four comfortable bedrooms, which can accommodate a total of eight guests.
Enjoy life outside
The view is definitely impressive from the large, partially covered wooden terrace that extends to the south of the summer house. It’s a lovely place to relax in the garden furniture, grill, and enjoy the tranquility while appreciating the undisturbed natural surroundings. If you feel like moving around a bit, there’s good space for croquet and other garden games on the lawn, and there is also a swing set and sandbox for the youngest family members.
Get up close to the local attractions
The 3000 m² plot is perfectly located in Kongsmark in the heart of Rømø: As mentioned, you are neighbors to a beautiful and protected natural area, and the atmosphere on the small road is quiet and peaceful. And even though the natural idyll is complete, you still have easy access to shopping and dining options – for example, Rømø's excellent butcher and Café Hattesgaard with delicious cakes. If the weather calls for a beach day, it’s just a short drive to Lakolk Beach, where you can enjoy the North Sea and the incredibly wide sandy beach.
