The location is also excellent, as you are sur­ro­un­ded by beautiful nature near the Wadden Sea and close to re­stau­rants and great acti­vi­ties in Havneby.

Welcome inside
The holiday home consists of two charming thatched wings that are connected on the ground floor, making it easy to move from one end to the other. A total of 478 m² is spread across the two wings on the ground floor and first floor, so there is ample space when you want to gather the whole family or invite all your friends. The summer house's 13 rooms are wisely di­stri­bu­ted both upstairs and down­stairs in several sleeping areas. The same applies to the six bathrooms and one guest toilet, ensuring easy access to bathing fa­ci­li­ties. The well-equipped kitchen is, of course, designed to provide eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare meals for many people. Next to the kitchen is a large dining room, and in the other wing, you can gather with others in a lovely living room that has natural light flowing in from three di­rections and direct access to a terrace. As a practical detail, several energy-saving heat pumps are installed to ensure fresh, allergy-friendly air.

Enjoy life outside
There is also plenty of room for outdoor acti­vi­ties, as the summer house is situated on a 3.000 m² natural plot. Being a corner plot, there are neighbors only on one side, and the high trees in the sur­ro­un­ding ve­ge­ta­tion provide privacy. For example, the south-facing terrace is a de­light­ful sunlit spot, sheltered between the two wings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you don’t want to spend all your time in the house, there are plenty of acti­vi­ties in the local area. You are quite close to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, providing unique nature right nearby. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a mini-golf course just a few hundred meters from the house, as well as an Icelandic horse center that offers riding tours through the forest and on the beach on Rømø. The island's excellent bakery is also nearby, and it’s about a kilometer to Havneby, which offers a well-stocked su­per­mar­ket, fis­h­mon­ger, bike rental, a golf course, and the family-friendly Rømø Play and Maze Park. From Havneby, you can also take the ferry for a day trip to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt.
