When the holiday home was built in 2017, con­si­de­ra­tion was given to the en­viron­ment. It is an eco-friendly con­struction featuring a green living roof, and thanks to good in­su­la­tion and an efficient heat pump, energy consump­tion is low. As a genuine quality house, it is also designed with beautiful and inviting spaces in mind: The stylish decor includes wide Douglas fir plank floors in the living area and the three spacious bedrooms. Highly insulated panoramic windows adorn the living room, and a built-in fireplace is ready to spread warmth and coziness on cooler days. The open kitchen is elegant and well-equipped with a variety of ap­pli­an­ces – and even the bathroom is stunning, as it is clad in tra­ver­ti­ne and features both a rain shower and a sunken bathtub.

Enjoy life outside
A large, sunny, and partially covered terrace area is well in­te­gra­ted with the holiday home, allowing you to step directly outside from all rooms. It’s very easy to go outside when the pleasant summer weather invites you to enjoy barbecue dinners, sun­bat­hing, and complete re­laxa­tion. For the younger guests, there are swings, and an outdoor shower is available if you need to freshen up. To the south, the natural plot's ve­ge­ta­tion provides privacy and shelter, while to the north, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the open farmland.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
This beau­ti­ful­ly designed holiday home is situated on a small road in the peaceful and scenic Kromose. If you want to go on an excursion, it’s just a very short walk to Rømø’s beautiful east coast and the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can also wander past Rømø's old rescue station and fine church before con­ti­nu­ing into Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion towards the viewpoint Spids­b­jerg and the open heath areas. If you want to swim in the North Sea, both Sønder­strand and Lakolk Beach come highly recom­men­ded. The journey there can be done by car – and it's even allowed to drive right onto the kilometer-wide sandy beach. If you prefer cycling, you can rent eve­ryt­hing from tandem bikes to mountain bikes in Havneby, where you will also find a su­per­mar­ket, a fish store, and a golf course.
