The 125 m² wooden summer house has a perfect layout for eight people: two bathrooms and four bedrooms are evenly di­stri­bu­ted across two sleeping areas, and the spacious entrance has plenty of room for your outerwear as well as the house's washing machine and dryer. Best of all, however, is the living area, which consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room. It is a large room with wonderful natural light and an inviting at­mosp­he­re, and the panoramic view over the heath is truly bre­ath­taking. This beautiful sight can be enjoyed from both the dining table and the sofa area – in fact, even from the kitchen, when you are preparing dinner, you have an unob­structed view of the open landscape.

Enjoy life outside
The natural sur­ro­un­dings impress in all kinds of weather, espe­ci­al­ly on a clear summer day when the sun is high in the blue sky, the scent of heather fills the air, and the chirping of birds mingles with the gentle rustling of the pine trees on the plot. You can take it all in while sitting on the partially covered terrace that wraps around the house – unless you start your day with an outdoor shower in the open air.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located in a com­ple­te­ly peaceful and un­dis­tur­bed spot at the end of a cul-de-sac. To the west, nothing disrupts the view, as the flat heathland extends all the way to Lakolk. If you feel like heading west yourself, you can quickly reach Lakolk Beach by car or bike, and it’s easy to spend an entire afternoon swimming in the North Sea and building sandcast­les on the wide beach. Rømø offers plenty of exciting and family-friendly ex­pe­ri­en­ces, from oyster safaris and guided Wadden Sea tours to mini-golf, wellness, forest trips, golf, museum visits, blo­kar­ting, and much more. If you fancy an indoor swimming excursion, you can even enjoy the benefit of free access to the water park in Skærbækcentret as guests of the house.
