Description
This charming wooden summer house is located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Kongsmark on a large, secluded, and lush plot. The house itself is a well-appointed and cozy example, complete with a conservatory and a fireplace, providing an excellent setting for holiday life here at this address.
Welcome inside
Every single one of the 64 m² is well utilized in the summer house, which features a lovely conservatory, a large living room with an integrated kitchen, and two good bedrooms with a total of five sleeping spaces. All rooms are neat and well-maintained – not least the functionally designed bathroom. In the living room, for example, you can lounge in the seating area, where you have both a flat-screen TV and a fireplace nearby. If you don’t need the fireplace, you might prefer to move out to the conservatory to enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful natural surroundings.
Enjoy life outside
Because the summer house is located on a small side street, the environment is calm, and traffic is absolutely limited. As an added bonus, beautiful nature is nearby, as from the 2700 m² property, you can look out over an open area. You can enjoy the view from one of the summer house's lovely wooden terraces, which, due to its southwest-facing position, captures plenty of sunlight. A carport is also located on the property, and to sweeten your holiday experience, there is a grill and comfortable garden furniture available – as well as swings and a sandbox for the children.
