Lovely holiday home with panoramic views over the Wadden Sea and charging station for electric cars
House-ID: 1356The view impresses in this lovely townhouse, which is part of Enjoy Resorts Rømø: From both the ground floor and the first floor, you can gaze out over the local golf course and the Wadden Sea on the other side of Havneby Dike.
Welcome inside
Such a view is not easily tiresome, so a large part of your holiday days can easily be spent looking out over the flat landscape and the vast sky. The house, which is an architect-designed quality building from 2007, invites many other cozy indoor activities. On the ground floor, you can gather in the spacious living area where the living room and kitchen are combined— here, you can enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, play cards at the dining table, and light the built-in fireplace if the weather calls for it. If you feel like watching a good movie, you can settle into the sofa arrangement on the first floor. However, it’s a question of whether you can keep your eyes on the TV, as the view from the observation lounge is quite captivating. In that case, you can turn on the internet radio and enjoy good music alongside the view. In addition to the wonderful living areas, the house also includes a bathroom and two bedrooms— and there is also the option to set up the sofa bed in the lounge on the first floor.
Enjoy life outside
The large windows on the first floor open to the balcony, which also is a lovely place to enjoy the view. There is an abundance of sunshine for a large part of the day, as the balcony is oriented towards the south. One of the two terraces on the ground floor is also south-facing, while the other faces north.
Get up close to the local attractions
At Enjoy Resorts Rømø, there are plenty of activity options, as well as a good restaurant. For a fee, you can take advantage of the water park and wellness facilities, and golfers can get a breath of fresh sea air, as the links course leads right down to the Wadden Sea. The Wadden Sea is one of the few Danish attractions listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site—and here, you are fortunate enough to have the vast tidal area right at your doorstep. Nearby, you will also find Sønderstrand towards the North Sea, and of course, Havneby, which offers bike rental, a supermarket, and a good selection of dining options. It is also from here that the ferry leaves for Sylt if you want to go on a day trip to Germany.
