More precisely, this is a ground-floor apartment with a nice layout for four people, making it perfect for a family with children or two pairs of friends to enjoy their days here. From the entrance, you have access to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, and finally, there's the living area where the living room and kitchen are combined. The predo­mi­nant­ly black fur­nis­hin­gs provide a beautiful contrast to the white walls, and whether you settle down at the dining table or relax in the sofa corner, you can look forward to sitting com­fortably. There’s a TV with Danish and German channels, when you’re not enjoying card games, mysteries, and cros­swords, and if you run out of coffee or snacks, it's just a few steps to the kitchen's coffee machine and re­fri­ge­ra­tor.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you can step directly out onto the ac­com­pa­nying terrace, which is sheltered from neighbors by a fence but otherwise kept open so you can enjoy the green landscape. There are good garden furniture and sun loungers available, and if it gets too warm to sit in the sun, you can open the parasol and relax in the shade while con­si­de­ring what to put on the grill for dinner. If you and your family need to get up from the garden chairs, there’s a pétanque court, tennis court, table tennis, and various ball courts at the holiday center, and the communal fa­ci­li­ties are excellent.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Although the communal fa­ci­li­ties are nice, you’ll probably also want to venture outside the holiday center when the weather is pleasant. A walk along the Havneby dyke is recom­men­ded if you want to stretch your legs and take a closer look at the Wadden Sea, which holds a pre­sti­gious spot on UNESCO's World Heritage list. If you're a golfer, it’s wonderful to be so close to Rømø Golf Club, and the food ent­hu­si­asts in the family will look forward to being within walking distance of Havneby’s re­stau­rants and the fis­h­mon­ger down by the harbor. At the town square, you’ll find a well-stocked su­per­mar­ket, and there’s also a bike rental if you feel like cycling through Rømø’s beautiful nature toward either Sønder­strand or Lakolk Beach.
