Welcome inside
You will spend your days in bright and spacious settings in this beautiful summer house, which was built in 2021 and measures 138 m². The decor is both stylish and highly functional, and with four good bedrooms and a loft with extra mattresses, it can easily accommodate two families with children, a group of good friends, or a multi-generational family. There are also two bathrooms in the house, one of which is a true wellness oasis featuring both a hot tub and a sauna. If you love playing foosball or air hockey, you can spend many hours in the activity room, and in the elegantly furnished living area, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy culinary delights in the open kitchen and cozy up in the sofa area by the wood-burning stove.
Enjoy life outside
The excellent holiday conditions continue outdoors, where a large terrace environment spreads around the summer house. In a lowered section of the terrace, there is a hot tub, and there is also a sheltered outdoor shower if you would like to rinse off under the open sky. The terrace offers both open and covered areas, and regardless of where you sit, you have good access to the beautiful natural plot. For the children, there is a play set with swings and a slide, and finally, there is the option to charge your electric car if you’ve driven to Rømø in one.
Get up close to the local attractions
Præstekraven is one of the small, scenic roads that make Sønderstrand a popular holiday home area. The beach itself offers countless activities, including windsurfing and swimming in the North Sea, horseback riding along the shore, and wind sports such as blokarting and kite buggying on the expansive sandy areas. Vråby tree plantation invites you to enjoy wonderful walks and runs, and at the marshes, you can spot birds and gaze out over the Wadden Sea. From the summer house, you have easy access to Rømø’s excellent golf course and the village of Havneby, where you can shop and dine out. From the town, ferries regularly depart for the neighboring island of Sylt – and via the Rømø causeway, you can drive to the mainland of Jutland, where you as tenants of this summer house, have free access to the Skærbæk Swimming Pool.
