The decor is stylish and comfortable, and it has also been designed with accessibility in mind, making the apartment suitable for wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility.
Welcome inside
As the introduction suggests, it’s not just the location that is exclusive. The apartment is located at the top of a newly constructed building, and the trip up to the second floor can conveniently be made via the elevator. Inside, you can look forward to spending your days in a modern holiday home where everything just works: the layout is great, and the inviting atmosphere is enhanced by tasteful decor, light color tones, and large windows that let in plenty of daylight. A specially designed kitchen connects openly with the living room, where you can enjoy meals at the dining table or relax in the comfortable sofa area. The sofa itself is a double sofa bed, so at night, it serves as a good supplement to the double beds in the two bedrooms, one of which features a flexible adjustable bed. A bathroom is, of course, part of the layout, and like the other rooms, it is designed for accessibility.
Enjoy life outside
From the living room, a wide glass door gives you direct access to a large balcony, which, with its south-facing orientation, is delightfully sunny for most of the day. If you prefer cooler temperatures, you can settle on the wide hallway on the other side of the building, where you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the Wadden Sea, which is just a few hundred meters away.
Get up close to the local attractions
The view of the water is truly exceptional, as the Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its unique natural environment. From the apartment, it takes just a few minutes to walk down to the quay in Havneby when you want to enjoy the maritime atmosphere or perhaps even take the ferry for a cozy day trip to the neighboring island of Sylt. If you stay on Rømø, there are plenty of natural experiences awaiting you, whether you drive to the broad sandy beaches on the west coast, take a forest trip in the plantations, or observe the diverse birdlife in the marshes. After your small and large excursions, it’s lovely to return to Havneby: here you can easily park your car in the designated parking area and leave it for the rest of the day, as grocery options, dining establishments, and small shops are all conveniently located close to the holiday apartment.
