The living room of the apartment is a lovely space with a bright and inviting atmosphere – not only due to the abundant light flowing in through the high windows but also thanks to the stylish decor. An equipped kitchen is open to the living room, where you can enjoy meals together around the dining table or lounge in the comfortable sofa area near the bio fireplace. The sofa is also a sofa bed for two people, making it a supplement to the double bed in the bedroom. In addition to the living area and bedroom, the layout includes a beautiful bathroom with a shower. It's worth mentioning that there’s a washing machine and dryer in the entrance, and as a pleasant detail, there is underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Enjoy life outside
If the weather is summery, you can move your meals and family gatherings outdoors. From the living room, you have direct access to a covered balcony, which is spacious and south-facing. Here, you can keep an eye on the relaxed market life while you relax and enjoy the laid-back holiday atmosphere. From the terrace area by the entrance, you can gaze out over the world-class nature, as the Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and is one of the planet’s most important wetland areas.
Get up close to the local attractions
The modern Skansen apartment complex, your holiday home, is situated right by Havneby’s central square. A supermarket and several shops are also located here, and in addition, you are just a short walk away from a good selection of restaurants as well as fish markets, if you wish to prepare your own meals. If you play golf, you can stroll over to Rømø Golf Club, which features an 18-hole links course, spectacularly situated right by the Wadden Sea. If you have children with you on holiday, the whole family can enjoy a cozy afternoon at the Rømø Play and Maze Park, or perhaps take a refreshing dip in the North Sea at Lakolk Beach? If you feel like a boat trip, you can take the ferry from Havneby to List on the German holiday island of Sylt.
