Bright and well-maintained summer house with lovely sunny terraces
House-ID: 0378Your holidays will unfold in peaceful and incredibly cozy surroundings when you choose this delightful summer house located near the Wadden Sea and the village of Havneby.
Welcome inside
With its light wooden facade and inviting terraces, it's clear from the outside that this is a charming Danish summer house. Although the style is classic, the house is relatively new, as it was built in 2009 and appears neat and well-maintained with a bright and modern interior. Large windows invite generous amounts of daylight into the living area, which consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room. There is ample space for cooking, enjoying meals at the dining table, relaxing in the sofa area, and watching a good film in the TV corner. When it’s bedtime, you can retreat to the house’s three bedrooms – just make sure to stop by the bathroom to brush your teeth.
Enjoy life outside
Surrounding the house, there are several terraces to choose from, and one terrace area is even covered – meaning you can move around according to your mood and desire for sun exposure. The plot offers plenty of space for playing and kicking a ball on the lawn, and at the end of the driveway, you can park your car in the open garage.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is situated in a lovely spot on Rømø: close to the Wadden Sea, beautiful nature, and the popular Rømø Bakery, where you can buy rolls for breakfast. It’s also not far to the village of Havneby, which offers a supermarket, fish shop, and several dining options. There is also a golf club and bicycle rental in town, and from the harbor, you can take the ferry for a pleasant excursion to List on the German holiday island of Sylt.
