Welcome inside
Beautiful ar­chi­tec­tu­re, com­fortab­le interiors, and abundant natural light combine beau­ti­ful­ly to make it a pure delight to spend a holiday in the summer house, which was built in 2008. The high-quality con­struction is evident in every room – even in the bathroom, which is ta­ste­ful­ly equipped with un­der­floor heating and a hot tub. In the living area, large windows invite plenty of daylight inside, and with a vaulted ceiling, it con­tri­bu­tes to the light and airy at­mosp­he­re. There is also a modern smart TV. A stylish and well-equipped kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, making cooking a seamless part of the shared holiday acti­vi­ties. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the kitchen is equipped with a heat pump with air con­di­tio­ning. If there are children on holiday, they will likely quickly designate the loft in the living area as their preferred cozy corner. The loft also serves as an extra space for the two bedrooms in the summer house, and there is also a double bed in the annex, which can be heated.

Enjoy life outside
Terraces are laid out on both sides of the summer house, but the south-facing one will surely become your favorite – not only because of its excellent ori­en­ta­tion but also because it is com­ple­te­ly sheltered between the summer house, annex, and fence, creating a lovely sun courtyard. Here, you can enjoy holiday life in a secluded manner while grilling and relaxing in the garden furniture.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house has a perfect location if you want to holiday close to the beach. The beautiful Lakolk Beach is so close that a walk along the coast or a dip in the North Sea can easily happen several times a day. On the wide sandy beach, you can drive right down to the water, and from October 1 to March 31, you can take your dog for a walk. There are also op­portu­ni­ties for windsur­fing and horseback riding with one of Rømø's riding centers. Another lovely detail about the summer house location is the short distance to Lakolk Shopping Center, where you can shop and enjoy a meal – such as an ice cream cone from Café Fru Dax, which was named Denmark's best ice cream shop in 2019. There is also an electric vehicle charging station within 150 meters at e-on.
