Indoors in the well-renovated summer house, you have a total of 107 m² to spread out. All rooms are bright and spacious, including the three good bedrooms that can accommodate a total of eight people. The bathroom is beautifully designed with both a shower and a hot tub, while the kitchen is conveniently integrated with the house's stylish and high-ceilinged living room. Here, you’ll find a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings and comfortable seating arrangements to relax all day long – isn’t that what you deserve when it's finally holiday time? If you need entertainment, you can turn on the TV, which is connected to satellite channels, allowing you to choose between Danish, English, and German channels.
Enjoy life outside
Moments of relaxation can easily take place outdoors when the summer sun shines high in the blue sky. From the living room, you can step directly out onto a partially covered terrace, and there are also several open terrace areas, making it easy to find a suitable spot to unwind. The plot includes a sandbox and play structure for the children, and a carport provides space for your car in front of the house.
Get up close to the local attractions
Kongsmark is a lovely place to stay, as its central location makes it easy to get around to all corners of Rømø. If you fancy a dip in the North Sea, you can drive to Lakolk Beach in just a few minutes, and if you're looking for a forest trip or an impressive viewpoint, you won’t be far from Kirkeby Plantation and Høstbjerg. The latter is Rømø’s highest point, providing a view over the heath, the forest, and out towards the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. If you go to the southern tip of the island, you can play golf, shop, and dine in the cozy Havneby – and from there, you can also take the ferry if you want to visit the German neighboring island of Sylt.
