Description
In this well-appointed, newer cottage, you can enjoy your holiday together and be close to wonderful nature experiences.
Welcome inside
Here you enter directly into the kitchen, which has an open plan to the living room. The kitchen has all the necessities, including an electric kettle, coffee maker and dishwasher. Here you can be together as a family while the day's meals are being prepared and the little ones can draw or play board games at the sofa or dining table. The house has a nice and spacious bathroom with toilet and sink and shower, as well as a washing machine. 2 nice, bright bedrooms, one of which is for 3 people. On cool days, you can light up the wood-burning stove and enjoy the warmth from the sofa. The large window in the living room can be opened onto the lovely terrace.
Enjoy life outside
From the living room you step directly onto a lovely wooden terrace with good garden furniture. Here you can start the day with breakfast to the birds singing and plan the day in peace and quiet. The garden is screened off and is there anything better than the opportunity for a nap in the shade of the apple tree or a glass of wine on the terrace when darkness falls? The garden offers several seating options and here you can retreat with a good book.
Get close to the local experiences
Here you can enjoy your holiday and the lovely surroundings with a beautiful location on a dead end road. The area invites you to long walks and wonderful experiences. The house is very close to Rødvig's lovely child-friendly beach. From the beach there is a really lovely view of the Baltic Sea, and towards the cozy harbor town of Rødvig. In Rødvig there are several good restaurants, and the opportunity to shop in Rødvig Fisk or the very well-stocked Dagli'Brugs. You can also take a trip to the trading town of Store Heddinge with many small specialty shops and grocery stores. In Store Heddinge is Northern Europe's largest octagonal church, St. Katharina Church, and a lovely swimming pool. You can also visit Stevns Klint, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and the Cold War Museum Stevnsfort, where there are plenty of experiences for children and adults. Only 28 km away are Skovtårnet and Camp Adventure, which are definitely worth a visit. Vordingborg with the Danish Castle Center and the Goose Tower can also be recommended as a destination for excursions. Since Copenhagen is only an hour's drive from the house, there is a good opportunity to take a day trip there and, for example, visit Tivoli.
