Close to the village of Rørvig you find this beautiful and spacious holiday house with large windows and incident light from the skylight. Here there is room for two families with children, several couples or the big family, and you have table football as well as a wall bar at your disposal. A really nice base for an active holiday all year round.
Welcome inside
In the spacious living room with high ceilings and big windows facing south, you almost feel connected to the outdoor life and nature. The open kitchen is a chapter to itself with a gas cooker and lava stone grill as well as an American refrigerator, so here you may spend many hours with the pleasures of cookery. The wide doors with level-free access are an extra plus, if you bring a pram, sit in a wheel-chair or use a walker. The house is equipped with a wood burner, solar heating and geothermal heating, so the heating expenses are modest during the winter months.
Enjoy life outside
With screening of the big terrace on three sides you may always find a nice spot with shelter for the wind to enjoy your morning coffee or lunch and to prepare the food for the outdoor barbecue at dinner time. The big plot is surrounded by trees and faces an open field with spruces, and even though the house is located on a corner plot towards a public road – Bystedvej – it is very limited, how much you hear the traffic from there.
Get close to the local attractions
A trip to Rørvig is indispensable – here you may enjoy the buzzing harbour and visit the many small fine boutiques, restaurants, cafés and charcuterie during summer; or you may lose yourself over the many interesting old houses or join a guided walk in the village. Towards north you find the nature areas Skansehage and Korshage, obvious choices for a walk across the heather and dune heath in all seasons, as well as the tour around the small Lake Dybesø and onwards towards the forest Sandflugtsplantagen behind the dunes will also give you new energy for body and soul. We also recommend going to Rørvig Beach at the parking lot by the end of Telegrafvej, as you here find one of the absolutely best bathing beaches in Denmark.
