This lovely holiday home is located in Toftum in the northern part of Rømø – conveniently close to the Wadden Sea, the heather-covered landscape of Bolilmark, and the beautiful beach at Lakolk. The house is attractively furnished, and outside you can enjoy quality time with your loved ones on the green grounds or the south-facing terrace.
Welcome inside
Behind the red-painted wooden facade, the rooms are decorated with tasteful furnishings and pleasing color tones, creating a cozy and relaxing holiday atmosphere. The house features three bedrooms and a bathroom. The heart of the house is the open living area that combines the living room and kitchen: Here, there’s plenty of space for board games, reading, cooking together, or whatever you dream of doing during your stay. On cooler days or evenings, you can light the wood-burning stove while the aroma of freshly baked cake wafts from the oven. On warm, sunny days, you can leave the terrace door open to seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoors.
Enjoy life outside
On sunny mornings, you might consider having breakfast al fresco. The large wooden terrace is perfect for enjoying the good weather, and thanks to the windbreak, you can find shelter even if there’s a breeze from the west. The spacious green garden has a play area with a slide and swings for the kids and plenty of lawn space to run around. If you’ve brought one or two dogs along, they’ll be happy too, as a fenced area behind the house allows them to roam freely.
Get up close to the local attractions
The holiday home is well-situated in Toftum on the quiet Vestermarksvej. The landscape in the northern part of Rømø is strikingly flat and naturally beautiful. For a panoramic view, you can visit the Høstbjerg viewpoint to see the Wadden Sea and the heather-covered expanses. Within walking distance, you’ll find the Kommandørgård, part of the National Museum, where you can learn about life on this Wadden Sea island in the past and enjoy the on-site café. If you and your family fancy a swim, the lovely Lakolk Beach is less than a ten-minute drive away.
