Lovely quality holiday home with spa and sauna
House-ID: 0345You can look forward to a particularly comfortable vacation when you stay in this beautiful holiday home in Havneby. It is bright and nicely furnished – including a hot tub and sauna in the two bathrooms – and outside, you can enjoy life on a large, south-facing terrace.
Welcome inside
More specifically, this is a semi-detached house built with energy-efficient quality materials. The décor is simple and modern, and the natural light is abundant – especially from the first floor, where you have a lovely view of the scenic surroundings. Most of the ground floor is dedicated to a wonderful living room with an integrated kitchen area. It’s a delightful space to spend time in regardless of the season: on colder days, you can light the wood-burning stove, and when the weather is sunny outside, you can open the terrace doors wide while preparing a summer lunch. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a sauna, while the luxurious hot tub is found in the bathroom on the first floor. The first floor additionally houses two bedrooms and a sunroom with a sofa bed.
Enjoy life outside
Both bedrooms on the first floor and the living room have access to a balcony, so you can step outside in the morning and check the weather. If it’s warm enough for shorts and a summer dress, you can set up breakfast on the terrace, which is south-facing and therefore sunny for a large part of the day. If you have children with you on vacation, they can play on the lawn while you enjoy the view over the southern end of Rømø.
Get up close to the local attractions
The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Havneby, providing easy access to open nature as well as shopping and dining options. Rømø Golf Club is also nearby – you have view over the beautiful links course while sitting on your own terrace. If you feel like exercising, you can lace up your running shoes and head out on the path that runs along Havneby Dike all the way down to the Wadden Sea. The Wadden Sea has been added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List, so world-class nature awaits very close to the holiday home. The beach Sønderstrand is just a kilometer away and is known as one of Northern Europe’s widest beaches. Here you can swim in the North Sea, and if you're looking for some action, there’s the opportunity to try blokart and other forms of wind sports.
