The apart­ment's 48 m² are ex­cep­tio­nal­ly well utilized, featuring a large living area with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a com­fortab­le bedroom. All rooms are neat and well-main­tai­ned after a thorough renova­tion in 2020, and the fur­nis­hin­gs have been carefully selected to make you feel at home right away. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe, while the living room has a double sofa bed, allowing a total of four sleeping places. In the living room, you will also find a flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels, as well as a cozy dining corner next to the modern white kitchen. The living room's large glass partition is also no­tewort­hy, as it provides ample natural light and gives you an unob­structed view to the Wadden Sea.

Enjoy life outside
The glass door in the living room gives you direct access to the terrace, which faces southeast toward the Wadden Sea. From here, you also have an un­dis­tur­bed view to the holiday center’s excellent play­gro­und, so if you have children with you, they can easily run down to swing and play in the play tower while the adults enjoy a cup of coffee and relax in the garden chairs. If the whole family wants to be active, you can play pétanque and table tennis on the large green common area, and there are also sports fields and tennis courts available in the holiday center. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, it is possible to charge your electric car on-site for a fee.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday apartment is not only close to the Wadden Sea but also near the central square in Havneby. If you want to shop or rent bicycles it is easily done—and you also have the city's good selection of re­stau­rants nearby if you prefer to have your meals served. From the apartment, it is just a short walk to the harbor, where the ferry sails its regular route between Rømø and Sylt, and the town's scenic golf course is not far away either. By bike or car, you can quickly reach the beautiful Sønder­strand each and Vråby tree plan­ta­tion if you feel like a forest outing.
