The house itself is cozy, and the associated terraces are delightful – and as an added bonus, you have access to the holiday center's many facilities, which include swimming pools, a mini-golf course, tennis, and playgrounds.
Welcome inside
The summer house, which is more precisely a solid end townhouse, features an inviting decor, and the square footage is well utilized, allowing for up to five people to stay comfortably. The sleeping arrangements are located in the two bedrooms on the first floor, where you will also find a nice bathroom, while almost the entire ground floor is dedicated to a lovely living area. Here, you will enjoy abundant natural light and access to the terraces on both sides of the house – and although it’s wonderful to step out into the sun, it’s also nice to stay indoors to relax in the comfortable sofa arrangement or gather in the kitchen area for shared cooking and a good meal.
Enjoy life outside
When the summer sun shines high in the sky over Havneby, the terraces are the perfect place to spend much of your holiday. Both are enclosed with fences, with one enjoying morning sun from the east and the other being kissed by the sun in the evening – and if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can put up the parasol. From the east terrace, you even have a view of the golf course and the flat beach meadow, which may inspire you to go out and explore the exciting local area. There’s certainly great reason to stay within the holiday center, as there are playgrounds, sports courts, mini-golf, and much more available. A dip in the outdoor swimming pool followed by sunbathing can also become a reality, and if you’d rather swim indoors, you have free access to a swimming pool.
Get up close to the local attractions
With all the holiday center’s activity options, of which many are completely free and some requiring payment, you have plenty of entertainment right at hand. And there’s much more to do if you see what all of Havneby and the southern end of Rømø have to offer: a beautiful golf course extends down to the dyke toward the Wadden Sea, and there’s a maze park, bike rental, and a good selection of dining options in town. From the harbor, you can take a cozy day trip by ferry to the neighboring island of Sylt, and on the wide Sønderstrand, you can even catch some wind in your sails if you stay on land and try the fun beach sport called blokart.
