Welcome inside
The apartment is located on the first floor of a sturdy red brick building. Inside, the walls are adorned with wooden paneling and feature vaulted ceilings in the best summer house style, while a wood stove in the living room adds charm and warmth. The living room is a lovely gathering space with a dining table, comfortable seating, and large south-facing windows that invite sunlight and the beautiful natural surroundings inside. The lovely kitchen, updated in 2020, is integrated into the room, allowing you to converse with others while you prepare dinner. One of the Apartment's three bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, while the other two contain two single beds each. Last but not least, the apartment includes a bathroom with a sauna.
Enjoy life outside
When the summer sun shines, you may not need the sauna but can instead sit out on the south-facing balcony to soak up the warmth. The balcony is covered and furnished with both garden furniture and a grill, making it easy to spend a large part of your holiday outdoors. The north side of the house features a closed terrace. The scenic view and tranquil surroundings can quickly help you unwind into a relaxed holiday pace.
Get up close to the local attractions
If you don’t want to spend the entire holiday on the balcony, there is plenty to do in the local area. Firstly, there are playgrounds, a table tennis table, sports fields, and much more in the recreational areas between the holiday apartments, and Rømø Golf Club is conveniently nearby if you feel like playing. In Havneby, there is a supermarket, bike rentals, and several good dining options, and it is also from here that you can take the ferry to the German island of Sylt for a pleasant day trip. There are also opportunities for oyster safaris, seal safaris, and other guided tours, or you can simply take a stroll down to the Wadden Sea to explore the unique tidal area, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you want to swim, a visit to Sønderstrand or Lakolk beach is recommended.
