Thanks to the successful modernization, all rooms present themselves in an inviting manner with nice furnishings and cozy details. In the living room, which is the largest room in the house, there is an abundance of natural light due to a large west-facing window and a skylight. A modern kitchen is integrated into the room, which is also equipped with a dining table and several comfortable seating options. The layout further includes two good bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower niche and washing machine.
Enjoy life outside
At either end of the house, you have a private terrace, making it easy to spend a part of your holidays outdoors, as soon as the sun shines. One terrace faces east, making it perfect for morning coffee, while the larger west-facing terrace is an excellent choice at other times of the day. From the west terrace, you can gaze out over the flat coastal landscape and watch the ferry slowly passing by on the Wadden Sea. You also have a good view to the playground located close to the house—so the kids can easily run over to play while you relax in the garden furniture.
Get up close to the local attractions
In addition to the playground, the communal facilities include a tennis court, a sports field, a table tennis table, and a pétanque court, so there is plenty to do. It is also highly recommended to take a closer look at the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The natural surroundings of Rømø are fantastic all over: for example, you can visit Sønderstrand beach to swim in the North Sea and engage in various forms of beach sailing on the wide sandy beach.
