Modern summer house in Bolilmark's beautiful natural surroundings.
House-ID: 0040You will have a wonderful setting for your holiday when you spend it in this beautiful and modernly furnished wooden summer house located on a quiet road with a view over Bolilmark's open heath landscape.
Welcome inside
Inside, sunlight streams in, and the surrounding nature is freely visible through the windows – especially in the large living room, where the west-facing gable wall extends from floor to ceiling. In the living room, which is open to a lovely kitchen, the delightful atmosphere is further enhanced by the wood-burning stove, the impressive ceiling height, and the tasteful furnishings. The three bedrooms and the bathroom also feature simple and well-chosen decor. When you’re not spending time with a good book or a nice movie on the flat-screen TV, you can sit in one of the rooms to play PlayStation together. Another family-friendly detail is that the house offers an activity room with a combined foosball, billiard, and table tennis table, so you can enjoy quality time together by competing to become the holiday champion.
Enjoy life outside
The summer house's outdoor facilities are just as fantastic: this is not only due to the generous size of the nature plot and the magnificent view, but also the lovely terrace that wraps all the way around the house. Part of the terrace is also covered, and there are a shelter, swing set, and sandbox for you to enjoy.
Get up close to the local attractions
On the small, enclosed Tranebærvej, the surroundings are peaceful and idyllic. At the end of the road, you can follow the path directly into Tvismark Plantation, and you can also hike out into the heath landscape, which turns purple with blooming heather in late summer. On foot or by bike, you can continue to Lakolk Beach – and if you prefer to drive, it is possible to drive right down to the kilometer-wide sandy beach when you want a quick dip. If you prefer an indoor swimming experience, you can drive over the Rømø Causeway to the mainland. The journey takes about 20 minutes, and on the way over the causeway, be sure to enjoy the view of the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List as just one of seven sites in Denmark.
