The sur­ro­un­dings are un­doub­ted­ly lovely – but there are also many excellent reasons to stay home in this thor­oug­hly de­light­ful summer house.

Welcome inside
The house was built in 2016 and offers 90 well-appointed square meters. It is a pure pleasure to spend time indoors – espe­ci­al­ly in the living room, which is a bright and inviting space featuring a wood-burning stove and vaulted ceilings. Large windows invite natural light inside and provide views to the green sur­ro­un­dings. A well-equipped kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, so when you're cooking, you can still be a part of the de­light­ful holiday company. The layout also includes three good bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds, while the third features a bunk bed. Finally, there is the bathroom, where you can indulge yourself with a sauna, enjoying the true essence of re­laxa­tion.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoor living can also take place in the fresh air, where the pine trees give you the feeling of living right at the edge of the forest. The terrace is large and wraps around two sides of the house, allowing you to settle wherever the sun and shade con­di­tions are best. If you feel like grilling, there’s a great op­portu­ni­ty for that – just remember to shop for summer meal in­gre­di­ents at the su­per­mar­ket in Havneby.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
You can stroll to the center of Havneby in less than fifteen minutes. In addition to the su­per­mar­ket, there are several dining options, and there’s also a bike rental if you fancy an active outing around Rømø. From the harbor, you can take the ferry that sails to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt. If you'd rather play golf, Rømø Golf Club is very close to the house. If the weather is summery, it's recom­men­ded to head to Sønder­strand, where you can swim in the North Sea and play on the wide sandy beach. It’s also a hit to explore the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. For instance, you can go on a seal safari or collect fresh oysters and mussels for dinner.
