Welcome inside
This is a genuine quality apartment, tastefully decorated and filled with modern conveniences. A good example is the spacious bathroom, which is not only equipped with a shower, washing machine, and underfloor heating, but also features a delightful sauna and a corner bathtub for two. If you need to unwind and slow down to holiday pace, it’s wonderful to enjoy a bath in the tub and a sauna session – and it’s also lovely to relax in the sofa area of the living room with an engaging book or a good movie on TV. The living room is open to a well-equipped kitchen, so when you are preparing dinner, you can still take part in the family’s leisurely holiday activities. When it’s time for bed, you can retreat to the apartment’s two bedrooms.
Enjoy life outside
Surrounding the beautiful property is a large, green lawn. The common facilities include a brick pavilion that can be freely used – for instance, on a sunny spring day or a bright summer evening, it’s nice to sit here and enjoy the garden view. If you prefer to sit under the open sky, you can settle down on the holiday apartment’s private terrace, which is sunny and completely sheltered by walls.
Get up close to the local attractions
The holiday apartment is ideally located if you want to be close to the forest, beach, and town on Rømø. Here in the southern end of the Wadden Sea island, you are not far from the Vråby tree plantation and Sønderstrand, which is one of Europe’s widest sandy beaches. On Rømø's east coast, you can look in toward the mainland of Jutland and gaze out over the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This beautiful view can be admired from the harbor front in Havneby, located about one and a half kilometers from the holiday apartment. From here, you also have the option to take the ferry for an excursion to the German holiday island of Sylt – unless you prefer to spend the day exploring Rømø by bike or horseback, playing golf, or enjoying a good meal featuring local specialties at one of the island's fine restaurants.
