A sauna is also part of the layout, so after a day of excursions around Rømø, you can unwind with a sauna session. It’s also delightful to relax in the living room, which is furnished with a dining table, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating.

From the living room, you have direct access to a lovely, sheltered terrace equipped with nice garden furniture. If you don’t want to spend all the sunny hours here, you can also take advantage of the lovely common areas: There is plenty of space for playing on the grass, and the brick pavilion is also a charming place to hang out.
Get up close to the local attractions
The holiday apartment is well located in the southern part of Rømø, so you are not far from Havneby’s supermarket, restaurants, and golf course. From the harbor, you can take the ferry for a pleasant outing to the German neighboring island of Sylt – unless you prefer to stay at the harbor front, where you can gaze out over the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Very close to the summer house, there is also a good bakery, making it easy to stroll over for pastries for breakfast or cake for afternoon coffee. Additionally, you are near several riding centers if you want to explore Rømø's nature on horseback. For example, a trip could take you to nearby Sønderstrand, which is an exceptionally beautiful and wide sandy beach.
