The layout also features two lovely bathrooms, one of which has a luxurious corner spa, and the entrance is conveniently furnished with a laundry column. All rooms are bright and stylish, but the highlight is the living area, where the living room and kitchen are combined. Here you’ll find ample space for relaxation and enjoyment – for example, gathered for a delicious meal at the dining table or relaxing in the sofa area by the wood-burning stove. There is also the option to sit with a warm cup of coffee in the built-in cozy nook by the window, and if you need entertainment, there's a large flat-screen TV as well as Sonos speakers.
Enjoy life outside
Outdoor living can also unfold on the 2.885 m² natural plot. It features a trampoline for the children and a large lawn for playing, while the spacious and stylish terrace environment invites for peaceful moments in the sun or under the covered area. If you’ve just returned from a day at the beach, you can wash off sand and saltwater at the outdoor shower, and in the evening, as the stars appear in the sky, it’s wonderful to indulge in a warm soak in the hot tub.
Get up close to the local attractions
From Lyngvejen, you have a short walk to the local bakery and grocery store, so you won’t need to bring out the car or bikes if you’re in need of breakfast rolls or milk for your coffee. There is also a mini-golf course and ice cream café nearby, and you are just over a kilometer from Havneby’s restaurants and shops. From the harbor, you can take the ferry for a day trip to the island of Sylt, and via the Rømø causeway you have easy access to the town of Skærbæk, where you have free access to the swimming pool. The island also offers many free delights in nature – whether you want to collect oysters in the Wadden Sea, swim at Lakolk Beach, hike in the plantations, or engage in something entirely different.
