Welcome inside
With its 42 m², the house is on the smaller side of holiday accommodations, but the space is well utilized indoors, allowing for three people to stay comfortably – and two dogs are also welcome. There are three single beds distributed in the two bedrooms, and the bathroom features a shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine. During the daytime, you will likely spend most of your time in the living room, as it is a lovely space to relax with good books, knitting, or crossword puzzles. With a flat-screen TV, sound system, and good Wi-Fi connection, you also have entertainment for cozy moments, and if you enjoy cooking, you can look forward to preparing meals in the open kitchen.
Enjoy life outside
The southeast-facing terrace, which is an extension of the living room, is the perfect place to soak up the sun, enjoy a summer lunch, and take a siesta in the shade of the parasol. The terrace is enclosed, providing a safe space for the dogs, and on the other side of the house, you will find a smaller and completely open patio area where you can also relax. For the children, there is a swing set, and the plot's lawn invites play for both two-legged and four-legged family members.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house has a wonderful location on the quiet Lyngvejen, which runs along Rømø's east coast very close to the Wadden Sea. You can walk to the center of Havneby in about ten minutes if you want to enjoy some ice cream or a nice lunch – and if you need to do a big grocery shop at the supermarket and fishmonger, you can be there in two minutes by car. From the harbor, you can take the ferry for a lovely outing to the neighboring island of Sylt, and if you prefer to stay on land, there are a golf course, wellness services, bike rentals, and much more in Havneby. From the summer house, you also have easy access to Rømø's many natural gems, including Sønderstrand, Vråby Plantation, and the viewpoint Spidsbjerg.
