Welcome inside
A total of 93 well-appointed and extremely well-main­tai­ned square meters is yours to enjoy in the holiday home, which is a thatched quality building from 2010. The focal point of the house is the living room, which is a high-ceilinged space with large windows that invite daylight inside and provide views of the hilly natural plot. A well-equipped kitchen area is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, making it easy to carry dinner from the stove to the long dining table. After a hearty meal, it's lovely to settle into the com­fortab­le sofa area – where you can enjoy cozy moments with a fire in the wood stove. The holiday home is well-insulated for year-round comfort; the energy-efficient heat pump con­tri­bu­tes to heating the house and provides cooling in the summer. After a lovely trip to the beach and forest, you can also use the sauna, which is installed in the house's large bathroom. There is also a guest toilet and entrance with laundry fa­ci­li­ties, in addition to three bedrooms with a total of 6 sleeping places and a high loft area for play and un­dis­tur­bed afternoon naps. One of the bedrooms includes a TV screen with a DVD player – here you can also connect your own Play­Sta­tion or other gaming consoles if the kids want to play during the holiday.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural plot that seam­les­s­ly merges with the sur­ro­un­ding landscape in the most beautiful way. Around the house, there are two terraces: one is south-facing and partially covered, while the other and larger terrace wraps around two sides of the house. In other words, it is always easy to find a lovely spot where you can lean back, enjoy the peace, and embrace the slow holiday pace – you can relax in the lovely outdoor spa, which quickly heats up with the simple press of a button, and perhaps even be lucky enough to see a couple of deer coming for a visit.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Lej­r­b­jerg­vej is a small road that winds through Ve­ster­he­de's heath-clad landscape. If you head west, it is not far to Vråby Plan­ta­tion and the viewpoint Sta­geb­jerg, and if you continue further, you will reach the beautiful Sønder­strand by the North Sea. To the east is Hotel Kommandørgården, which has both a re­stau­rant and an Icelandic horse center that organizes horseback tours on Rømø. A miniature golf course, a bakery, and a grocery store are also nearby Ve­ster­he­de, and from the house, it is just 2.5 ki­lo­me­ters to Havneby, where you can shop, dine at a re­stau­rant, play golf, rent bicycles, and admire the beautiful views of the Wadden Sea.
