Description
Could you use a relaxing holiday in cozy and laid-back surroundings? Then you should definitely take a closer look at this lovely summer house located in Kongsmark on a well-kept garden plot with a fire pit and large sun terraces.
Welcome inside
The solid summer house was built in brown bricks in 1981, and indoors, the nicely modernized rooms reflect a decor style that radiates coziness and charm. Here, it is undoubtedly possible to unwind completely, set aside everyday worries for a while, and bring out the crime novels, crosswords, and board games – and if you relax better in front of a screen, there is both Wi-Fi connection and a flat-screen TV in the house. The layout offers four bedrooms, so even if you are gathered with six people, there are still several accommodation options when bedtime approaches.
Enjoy life outside
A lovely terrace extends on the south side of the house, and to the east, there is another paved seating area. In other words, you have ample opportunity to find a sunny spot for most of the day – and when dusk falls, you and your loved ones can gather around the fire pit to bake bread twists or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere near the flames. The lawn of the property is neat and well-maintained, making it an excellent surface if you want to play Viking games or do somersaults, and you have ample space to park your car on the gravel in the driveway.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is located at the westernmost end of Kongsmark's holiday area – very close to the protected nature area that stretches all the way to Lakolk. You can follow Småfolksvej across the island if you want a dip in the North Sea or to play with the children on the enormous wide sandy beach. Kirkeby Plantation and the viewpoint Spidsbjerg are among the scenic attractions in the area, and if you want to play golf, visit a spa, or buy freshly caught delights from Rømø's fishmonger, you can easily drive to the charming Havneby. If you want to learn more about the Wadden Sea, several exciting guided tours are held, including the popular oyster safaris, where you can walk out onto the mudflat under thorough guidance.
