Holiday life is delightful at Dyssebjergvej 27 near Sønderstrand – whether it takes place indoors or outdoors. The summer house itself is bright and well-appointed, and the large natural plot offers plenty of goodies, from a ping-pong table and beach volleyball court to play facilities for the kids.
Welcome inside
The atmosphere in the summer house is bright and inviting, it measures 95 m² and has an excellent layout for four people. The house was most recently renovated in 2020, ensuring all rooms are neat and well-maintained. While the guest toilet and the small utility room are simple and functional spaces, the large bathroom is designed for wellness and equipped with a hot tub and sauna. The layout also features two good bedrooms – both with double beds – and finally, there is the living area where the living room and kitchen are in open connection. Here, you’ll find a wood-burning stove and a heat pump for the cold evenings, and during the day, you can enjoy the beautiful daylight streaming in through the many windows.
Enjoy life outside
The 2500 m² natural plot is a paradise for both children and adults. In beautiful, green surroundings, you can play beach volleyball, jump on a trampoline, swing, and there are also opportunities to play ping-pong and darts under the awning. On sunny days, it’s wonderful to lounge on the large wooden terrace – possibly under the parasol or on the covered part of the terrace if you need some shade. In the evenings, there are ample opportunities for grilling or gathering around the fire pit while enjoying the relaxing holiday life.
