Welcome inside
The summer house was built in 2016 using high-quality materials. The modern design is clearly visible indoors, as the decor is both stylish and comfortable. You have a total of 150 m² to enjoy, which includes a large and lovely living area with an integrated kitchen space. The house’s four bedrooms are all equipped with double beds and underfloor heating, and in addition, there are two extra sleeping spaces in the loft. The layout also includes two bathrooms, of which one is appointed with a hot tub and sauna. After a good day exploring Rømø, it’s wonderful to relax with a warm soak in the hot tub and indulge in a sauna session. If you’re looking for more action, you can gather in the house's activity room, where you can play pool and hold foosball tournaments.
Enjoy life outside
The plot, measuring 2.500 m², is simply laid out with a lawn, a gravel driveway, and a large, sunny, partially covered tiled terrace. If there are small children on holiday with you, they will likely enjoy the playset and sandpit, while the rest of the group will probably prefer the comfortable garden furniture. The wood-heated hot tub is sure to be a hit, as it’s the perfect way to unwind and enjoy holiday living.
As en extra detail the house offers an 11 kW wallbox to charge your electric car.
Get up close to the local attractions
The location is excellent if you'd like to stay in a peaceful and scenic area while still being close to activities. Tree plantations and heath-covered areas adorn the local landscape, and Sønderstrand beach by the North Sea is conveniently nearby. Sønderstrand is up to four kilometers wide – making it not only Rømø’s widest sandy beach but also one of the widest in Europe. Only in winter and during high tides does the beach get flooded by the sea. Thanks to the open spaces, Sønderstrand is a perfect spot for kite buggying, blokarting, and other forms of wind sports. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate being close to Rømø Golf Club, where the beautiful links course runs right down to the Wadden Sea. Additionally, it’s not far to Havneby when you need to do some shopping or fancy a meal at a restaurant. You also enjoy free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
