Description
You will have a wonderful setting for your vacation when you stay on Umanaksvej on Rømø. Here in Kongsmark's scenic surroundings lies a large and very well-appointed summer house, which includes two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with both a spa and a sauna.
Welcome inside
The well-built wooden summer house was originally constructed in 1991, and as recently as 2018, it was both renovated and extended. Therefore, the layout now features four good bedrooms that can accommodate a total of seven people, and conveniently, you also have access to two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are beautifully and functionally designed, but particularly one should be highlighted, as it includes a spa and a sauna that can also be converted into a steam room. After a relaxing wellness session, you can gather in the living room, which is a lovely bright space with large windows. If it’s cool outside, you can light the fireplace and use the heat pump – and if you want to enhance the cozy atmosphere even more, you can start preparing dinner in the open kitchen so that it fills the house with delicious aromas.
Enjoy life outside
The summer house is situated in the middle of a 2500 m² natural plot, sheltered by pine trees on all sides. A lovely wooden terrace surrounds the house, featuring both a covered area and several open spaces, so you can always find the perfect spot to relax regardless of the time of day.
Get up close to the local attractions
Scenic Kongsmark is centrally located on Rømø, making it easy to explore all parts of the Wadden Sea island: For example, you can head to Lakolk Beach to the west, Juvre Dike to the north, or Havneby to the south, where you can play golf, rent bicycles, and buy Rømø prawns and other delicacies at the fish shops near the harbor. From the summer house, it’s also not far to the island's east coast, where you can enjoy views over the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. You’ll also have a beautiful panoramic view of the tidal area as you drive over the Rømø causeway to the mainland.
