Description
If you are looking for a summer house that has its very own style and charm, this lovely example in Kongsmark is a great choice.
Welcome inside
Here at this address, you are far away from typical houses and anonymous holiday homes, as the 140 m² summer house has been decorated in a particularly original and stylish manner. The room distribution also stands out from the crowd: The kitchen-dining area and living room are at opposite ends of the house, yet they are well connected by a hallway. Both living areas feature beautiful stone floors with underfloor heating and rustic wooden paneling on the walls, while floor-to-ceiling gable windows ensure a lovely influx of light and an unobstructed view of the natural plot. Centrally located in the house are a bathroom and a guest toilet, and finally, the layout includes three lovely bedrooms and a spacious hallway with a washing machine.
Enjoy life outside
While it is a pure pleasure to stay indoors, you will surely also want to enjoy life outside when the weather permits. It is certainly tempting to sit in the sunshine on the large south-facing wooden terrace – or to start the day with a morning bath on the smaller, west-facing tiled terrace. There is also plenty of space to frolic on the 2634 m² natural plot, which, thanks to dense edge planting, serves as a wonderfully secluded oasis.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is conveniently set back on Småfolksvej but still absolutely central in Kongsmark. The location makes it easy to get around to all corners of Rømø – whether you want to swim in the North Sea at Lakolk Beach, visit the beautiful heather landscapes of Bolilmark, try blockart on Sønderstrand, or play golf in Havneby. Close to the summer house, you will also find Kirkeby Plantation, where you can enjoy lovely walks and play at the forest playground, and you are not far from either Rømø Slagteren or Nature Center Tønnisgaard. You can also quickly reach Rømø’s eastern coast, where you have a view over the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
