Welcome inside
There is plenty of space for play and relaxation indoors in the cottage, as it measures a total of 150 m². The layout includes four good bedrooms, and there is also a loft with mattresses for the youngest holiday guests, providing a total of sleeping spaces for 10 people. When you are gathered together with many, it's nice that there are two bathrooms in the house: one is equipped with a washing machine, while the other is located in the pool area. Here, you will find a sauna and a lovely 5-person spa, and when you splash in the pool, you can enjoy the view of the green garden through the large window. From the pool area, there is also a window into the living room – so if it’s just the kids who are in the mood for swimming, the adults can keep an eye on them from the seating area. The living room is beautifully furnished with stylish leather furniture, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV, and there is both a wood stove and a heat pump for the cooler days. Additionally, there is an open connection from the living room to the well-appointed kitchen, which was expanded and completely renovated in 2019.
Enjoy life outside
When the sunny weather calls you outside, you can step directly from the living room onto a south-facing tiled terrace. It is partially sheltered by a fence, which ensures privacy and protection, and with a grill, loungers, a parasol, and garden furniture, outdoor living will surely be comfortable. There is plenty of space to play on the lawn, and the youngest holiday guests can even have fun on the trampoline and in the sandbox.
Get up close to the local attractions
The 2500 m² plot borders a beautiful natural area with heather and scattered pine trees. In this peaceful summer house area, you can follow the small roads when you want to venture into nature – for example, you can take the short walk down to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and gives its name to the local national park. A trip to Kirkeby Plantation is also recommended: Here, you will find both a dog park and a nature playground, and if you continue through the plantation, you will come to the open heath areas and the viewpoint Spidsbjerg. On Rømø, you will find a good selection of dining options and excellent shopping opportunities – including a popular butcher just a couple of kilometers from the cottage. If you drive to Havneby, you will find a fish shop, bike rental, and golf course, and from the harbor, you can take the ferry for an excursion to the neighboring German island of Sylt.
