In a small, closed road in scenic Kongsmark, you will find this lovely summer house. Both the sun terrace and the natural grounds are spacious, and thanks to the dense vegetation, it almost feels like living at the edge of the forest.
Welcome inside
Several improvements have been made indoors in the summer house – including the living room, which is a large and inviting space with large windows, a fireplace, and an overall cozy atmosphere. The open connection to the kitchen works well, allowing cooking to easily become part of the shared holiday enjoyment, whether everyone is helping out or just keeping the cook company. The three bedrooms can accommodate a total of six holiday guests, as two of the rooms are equipped with double beds and the third with two single beds. The layout also features a bathroom with a glass shower and additionally a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a large, partially covered wooden terrace that extends to the south and west of the summer house. With such a orientation, the sun conditions are excellent, and there is also the option to settle down in a more secluded terrace area while the children swing and play in the sandbox. Wherever you are, the many pine trees on the property provide shelter and privacy – and the local wildlife seems to enjoy the scenic surroundings as well, as deer and pheasants often stop by.
Get up close to the local attractions
Kongsmark is a lovely place for a holiday, as you are centrally located on Rømø with easy access to shopping options, dining establishments, beautiful nature, and fun holiday activities. Kirkeby Plantation and the viewpoint Spidsbjerg are pleasantly close, and you are not far from Rømø's east coast and the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you want to swim, it is recommended to drive to the beautiful sandy beach at Lakolk.
