Welcome inside
Not only is the view stunning, but the summer house itself has been thoroughly modernized and stylishly decorated. The atmosphere is bright and airy, especially in the living room, which features white, washed walls and windows facing three corners of the world. At one end of the living room, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and from here, there is an open connection to the sofa area, which, in addition to soft seating, includes a wood stove and a TV with DVD and satellite. When you relax here, you can admire the beautiful natural view revealed by the large east-facing gable window. The other rooms of the house are also well-appointed: the three bedrooms all come with soft double beds and ample closet space, while the two complete bathrooms provide a lovely setting for your morning shower. One of the bathrooms even features a spa bath, allowing you to end the day with a relaxing wellness session.
Enjoy life outside
The summer house features terraces on several sides, making it easy for you to find a lovely spot to enjoy coffee or barbecue in the sunshine. The garden's lawn offers plenty of space for garden games, swinging, and playing in the sandbox – and when you need a quiet break, you can admire the beautiful view of the open landscape from the east-facing terrace.
Get up close to the local attractions
If the summer house's spa bath isn't enough, as vacation guests, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret. And while you drive over to Skærbæk and the mainland, be sure to look out the car window, as you’ll have the most beautiful view of the Wadden Sea from the Rømø Dam, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There’s also a good reason to stay on Rømø, as close to the house lies the lovely Lakolk Beach, where you can splash in the North Sea and frolic on the incredibly wide and beautiful sandy beach. Additionally, there is a short walking distance from the summer house to Lakolk Shopping Center, where you can shop, buy groceries at the supermarket, enjoy ice cream, and soak up the vacation vibes at one of the cozy cafés.
