Welcome inside
The summer house boasts a generous size of 120 m² spread over two floors. Both upstairs and downstairs, the furnishings have been carefully selected to enhance the lovely summer house atmosphere, and the large windows provide plenty of natural light. Three bright and very nice bedrooms and a nice bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the rest of the square meters are dedicated to a wonderful living area with a living room and kitchen in an open layout. With the new and well-equipped kitchen, you will have a lovely and functional workspace when preparing breakfast and the day's other meals. If it’s cold outside, you can use the heat pump and wood stove—and if the summer sun is shining, the garden door can be opened wide. Regardless of the weather, it is cozy to take the stairs upstairs to the newly renovated and very bright and inviting first floor, where you can watch TV, relax in the soft seating, and completely stretch out on the mattresses in the extra living area.
Enjoy life outside
On the south, west, and east sides of the summer house, there are well-laid terraces, making it easy to find a lovely sunny spot at any time of the day. You can also settle down on the lawn or choose a shady spot in the secluded garden—perhaps in the hammock under the trees or on the covered area of the terrace. In addition to garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol, there is a grill available, and there is even an outdoor kitchen installed if you want to prepare the entire dinner outdoors.
Get up close to the local attractions
Thanks to the garden’s bordering vegetation, it feels almost like living in a forest edge here on the property. The area is idyllic when you move away from the summer house, as the local surroundings are particularly scenic and include Vråby tree plantation and the viewpoint at Stagebjerg. It’s not far to Sønderstrand beach either, which impresses with its kilometer-wide sandy beach and beautiful views of the North Sea. If you're not in the mood for swimming but rather for a good meal, you can head to the village of Havneby, where there are several dining options to choose from. Havneby also offers a good supermarket, a fish shop, bike rental, and a golf club, and from the harbor, it is possible to take a ferry trip to the neighboring German island of Sylt. If you drive across the causeway to the mainland, as an extra lovely detail, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
