The summer house has a well-functioning layout, designed so that the whole group can gather, while also allowing you to enjoy your vacation life separately or in smaller groups. This provides a lot of flexibility – for example, if the youth want to play table tennis, air hockey, and foosball in the activity room for hours, while the adults prefer to have a cozy chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of red wine. On the first floor, you will also find two living rooms that are perfect for a quiet moment with a good book or a card game, while the large kitchen-living area invites you to peaceful breakfast moments and lavish communal dinners at the long table. The adjoining living room is large and spacious, featuring a fireplace, comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and even a pool table to enjoy. Much more could be highlighted about the decor, but it should finally be mentioned that there are solar panels on the roof, making the house more energy-efficient and keeping consumption down.

Enjoy life outside
Around the property, there are several nice terraces to choose from, so if you want a laid-back break in the sun or to sit outside in the light summer evening, there are several options. On one of the terraces, there is a grill, and you can certainly put it to good use if the family loves sausages, corn on the cob, or other freshly grilled delights. The gravel driveway can easily accommodate multiple cars, and there is also the option for electric car charging. The grassy areas on the large natural plot invite both play, relaxation, and ball games: There are swings and a sandbox for the youngest ones, who might also succeed in challenging the adults to a friendly football match.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is incredibly beautifully located in Toftum right next to the flat beach meadow that stretches out toward the east coast of Rømø and the Wadden Sea. You are just under 300 meters from the National Museum's Kommandørgård and even closer to Toftum's old school, and Rømø's fishing lake is just a couple of kilometers away if you want to head out with the fishing rod during your vacation. The heather-clad expanses of Bolilmark, the viewpoint Høstbjerg, and Tvismark Plantation can easily be experienced on foot during a lovely walk or run, and with a drive of about five kilometers to Lakolk Beach, it's up to you whether to take the car or the bike when you set out for a dip in the North Sea.
