Description
At Hattesvej 36 in Kongsmark, you will find a true gem of a summer house. This address features a thatch-roofed, newly built wooden property with a wonderful atmosphere, stylish decor, and lovely green surroundings.
Welcome inside
When the summer house was built in 2021, it was constructed in classic style with a thatched roof, white casement windows, and a black-painted wooden façade. Inside, a warm and friendly atmosphere has been created—exactly how it should be in a real summer house. In the living room, there are wooden boards on the walls and ceilings, and a beautiful open kitchen fits well into the bright and cozy surroundings. A wood-burning stove is ready to spread a great atmosphere, and there is also a heat pump for any cool evenings. The three bedrooms continue the great interior style, and the bathroom and entrance are likewise bright and inviting.
Enjoy life outside
Around the summer house, there are several tiled terraces to choose from. The west-facing terrace is covered if you seek shade, but there are also plenty of opportunities to find a lovely spot in the sun. No matter where you sit, you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the view of the wild vegetation on the 2,000 m2 natural plot.
Get up close to the local attractions
Hattesvej is centrally located in Kongsmark on Rømø, making it easy to take trips from the summer house—whether you prefer swimming at Lakolk, water sports at Sønderstrand, golfing in Havneby, walking in Bolilmark’s heathland, or something completely different. Very close to the house is Nature Center Tønnisgård, which organizes family-friendly activities and exciting excursions that include shrimp catching, amber polishing, and oyster tours. Many of the tours provide great insight into the Wadden Sea, which is Denmark's largest national park and also holds a distinguished place on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Already on the drive from the mainland over the dam to Rømø, you can enjoy the sight of the Wadden Sea, and depending on the season, you may have the opportunity to see the huge flocks of migratory birds that stop in the open and magnificent landscape.
