Description
Forest, beach, and open heathlands are all nearby when you choose to spend your holidays in this thoroughly charming and well-updated summer house.
Welcome inside
A wood stove and a new bathroom from 2018 are some of the benefits of this summer house, which was built in 1963 and has since been well maintained and updated. In addition to the bathroom, the layout also features three good bedrooms and a lovely living room with an open kitchen area equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and other good appliances. It’s wonderful to relax in the soft sofa area of the living room near the wood stove—and if you’re in a playful mood, you can move into the adjacent sunroom. The large windows in the sunroom invite plenty of daylight inside, and if you’re lucky, you might even see deer and pheasants visiting the green garden.
Enjoy life outside
Surrounding the summer house are several lovely terraces, making it easy to find a good spot to relax in the right sun and shade conditions. For the youngest family members, there is a sandbox, and the older kids can enjoy the grassy volleyball court on the 2.750 m² nature plot.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is well set back from the road and is surrounded by the trees of the nature plot, providing a peaceful location. There is also plenty of beauty in the local area when you take excursions into the delightful natural surroundings: You can walk to Vråby tree plantation and through Rømø’s heathlands, and you can even hike all the way down to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you want to take a dip in the North Sea, you can head to the nearby Sønderstrand beach, which is a popular spot for wind sports like blokarting and kite buggying. In Havneby, you will find a well-stocked supermarket, several dining options, bicycle rentals, and a golf course, and from the harbor, you can take a pleasant day trip to the German holiday island of Sylt.
