This newly built quality summer house offers everything the holiday heart desires – including a games room in the annex and an outdoor spa on the terrace – and it is situated on a large natural plot close to the Wadden Sea and just a lovely walk from Kirkeby Plantation and Spidsbjerg.
Welcome inside
The final touches on the decor were completed in spring 2023, using high-quality materials and modern design that beautifully fits into the bright and airy rooms. The acoustic ceilings rise to the apex, and beautiful wide tiles adorn the floors, while large windows welcome the sunlight and offer a view of the plot's pine trees. In the living room, you can stream movies and series on the flat-screen TV when you need to relax, and the dining area is a lovely gathering point when the meal is ready in the open kitchen. After dinner, you can head over to the annex, which is equipped with foosball and air hockey. The annex is also furnished with a sofa bed and a guest toilet, making it a good supplement to the stylish bathroom in the summer house and the three double bedrooms.
Enjoy life outside
The year-round insulation of the summer house is not the only reason it is suitable for holidays outside the peak season, as the terrace features a six-person spa, allowing you to enjoy outdoor life even on a cool day. In the summer, it feels like pure wellness to lounge in the garden furniture on the large terrace areas, and when the sun sets, you can move under the cover to spend the evening there. Charging of electric vehicles is allowed, and there is ample parking space in front of the house.
Get up close to the local attractions
When you stay on the small Chresten Krommes Vej in Kromose, you can reach many of Rømø's delights on foot. From the summer house, it is only 120 meters to the east coast and the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, and nearby you will also find the island's protected lifeguard station and the beautiful Kirkeby Plantation. The latter is perfect for a walk, run, or bike ride, for example, to the viewpoint Spidsbjerg, and there are both a forest playground and a dog park. A holiday on Rømø can also offer refreshing swims in the North Sea, blokarting, and horseback riding at Sønderstrand, oyster safaris, golf, and dining at restaurants in Havneby.
