Interior
Cozy and very well-maintained holiday home divided into 2 sections. One section includes an open kitchen connected to the living room with a dining area and an energy-efficient heat pump. On the other side of the terrace, you will find the sleeping area which has 3 bedrooms, a good bathroom, and a foyer connecting all four rooms. The sleeping section is also equipped with a heat pump. Laundry can be done in the shed where there is both a washer and a dryer.
Outdoor
Take a stroll to the beach, which is only 130 meters from the property. After dipping your toes in the water, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower in the garden (active from 1/5-1/10). There is a lovely terrace that naturally works as an extension of the living room. Here, you can sit sheltered from the wind and weather under the partially covered terrace. The terrace is equipped with both a grill and garden furniture, making it a perfect place for both the holiday's morning coffees and evening barbecues. If you own an electric car, there is a communal charging station just 100 meters from the house.
Location
The area along Vejle Fjord is very scenic with its slopy terrain, forests, and meadows. At Høll, you can bathe at a shallow, child-friendly beach. A little north of Høll you will find Hvidbjerg Klit, where the beach is located on an impressive hilly landscape of the finest sand. The holiday home areas are a short distance from attractions such as LEGOLAND® and Givskud Zoo. The nearest cities are Fredericia, which has a water park and Madsby fun park, and the historic city of Vejle, where you can find a golf course. Both cities offer great shopping opportunities as well as lots of cafes and restaurants.
